  1. aloha Bastet. i agree with Cubby, that last line is fun to say/speak even if it is just in my skull. i often listen to my haiku that way—in my skull.

    this is one of the things i ask myself about my haiku: Is this how i’d say something out loud?. if the entire ku flows like i would say it or as i would speak, then there is usually an easiness to reading it as well. i like that in haiku. does it all flow together well?
