This week’s WordPress Photo Challenge: challenge yourself to rethink your ideas about what subjects are appropriate, and then challenge yourself again to find an unusual perspective on your subject.

This is a shot I took this spring, in May. However, it’s a shot you’ve rarely or ever seen here, as it has been taken from the south west. You can see how the castle walls and walk way lead to the upper tower, which is impossible to see from the east, where I usually walk.
This shot was taken from the Archduke’s Botanical garden in Arco. The light was all wrong, so I never published it. However, rendering it in black and white, I was finally able to get that photographI wanted.
Hope you enjoyed these photos.

I like how you composed your shot!

Thanks for new ping 🙂

That’s beautiful. It reminds me of something from Arabian Nights, which makes no sense, but it does.

I just went to have a relook. You have a point, something medieavl about it, so it makes sense, castles and the Archduke’s Palace reminds one of a minaret.
