Thanksgiving?
No leftovers for me
nor black Friday
We Thanksgiving not,
In “sunny” Italy!
I spent the day working.
My students I taught,
From some blogs I copied
And we had a great laugh!
On to the quick and dirty Trifextra. This weekend we are assuming that many of you are slogging your way through leftovers and family bickering (or is that just us?) and thus we’re going way easy on you. This weekend we are asking for a 33-word free write. Give us whatever you’ve got.
This is also for: NaBloPoMo and PoBlaNo Day 30! The Challenge is completed!

Personally, I could go for Italian food any time. It was only my mother, my son and me. We had a small chicken rather than turkey for our Thanksgiving meal.

🙂 If my son would have been home from college, we would have done “That American Thing” as he calls it and would probably had been Lasagna and roast chicken with oven browned potatoes… 😉

Oh that I could be in sunny Italy instead of grey and gloomy northern France!

Pshaw…it’s not sunny here…that’s why I put quotes around sunny when I write about Italy! 🙂
