          • A good poem is a good poem.

            I’m not certain there is a “true haiku form” in English, anyhow. I don’t know how to compare Japanese language poetry and syllable counting to the English language.

            I like the counting, though. It forces me to say what I want to say more carefully and cleanly. 🙂
