October Morning – Word Sketch – October 24, 2014

A cold clear October morning … the lake uninviting due to the cold wind.
A fisherman seemed to wonder, what the day would bring. There was no one to interrupt his train of thoughts.
A gull seemed to watch him, a fisherman in its own way.
The church bell tolled. 7:00.
The fisherman picked up his rods and bait box then walked to his dinghy.
The gull flapped his wings following him with its eyes.
A street sweeper, leaning on his old-fashioned broom, watching the scene, thought that if he’d had his camera, it would’ve been an interesting snap-shot.
