A glimpse of persimmon?
Very moody, ominous photo ….

WEll … it’s actually a pretty over-bright photo but you could hardly see the poor persimmons … so I did a selective B/W and then monotoned it to “sepia” … but it’s not a complete success.

LOL … took me a while to appreciate them … I’m usually more into firm fruit … but once they catch you … and of course easier to write haiku about something you’ve actually tasted!

Alas .. they are a very delicate fruit and are usually only found in late autumn. But they are worth the wait! ๐
