There is a flowering apricot tree in my son’s garden, which is not the tree in this photograph, though they’re not dissimilar.  Yesterday, was rainy and windy, the petals of the tree blew all around his garden.  When h woke up my son looked out the window and shouted: “Oh no!!! It’s snowing!” and was happy to see that he was wrong.

  1. I’ve seen that happen with other kinds of tree blossoms. But snow is forecast for later today. It snowed April 15 the year I had my second son. That’s the way it is in Indiana.

    • Oh my … here it would be very odd indeed and also a disaster for the fruit farmers! I’m kinda glad I don’t live in Indiana, though it’s a lovely state and enjoyed visiting it when my family lived there.
