Kala Ramesh’s “wild violets” – Morning Haiku and Waka – April 21, 2015

wild violets . . .
he finally agrees
to the path I took

Today’s Carpe Diem Haiku  Special dedicated to Kala Ramesh brought us this lovely haiku to inspire us to write in the same spirit, tone and sense:

they finally agree
on a new path

violets in the window
he sees their beauty at last
writing a poem

the dove dives
in awe – he understands
my fascination

    • a whole story and many ways to read it … that’s one of the nice things about NOT using punctuation in haiku … thanks once again for dropping by Hamish and i enjoyed your post at Tinker in the Forest very much!

    • To tell the truth I hadn’t either. That day I kept running into them from Burano to Torcello and all along the lagoon. Must be a fad in Germany, because they seemed all to be Germans!
