the wind
whispers in the willows
a lullaby
in the darkest hour
the wind’s caressing embrace
a touch of heaven
a lilting voice
the wind in the palms and trees
hear the sea’s song

I especially like the last haiku, where the ‘action’ seems fluid as to who might be doing what – as mysterious as the wind itself..
