let the rain glisten
upon the leaves and thorns
measure not the time
by the drops that never fell
stunning in bright sun shine
another day has passed
and now the moon glows
ah – sweet supportive friend
go, go and go on again
no direction is really needed
as the rain falls in the sunshine
and the moon smiles on the world.
