Fascinated by old memories
Antiques with streaks of dust
Silvery lullabies I hear
Chanted in the dusk …
Inked inside my heart my dear
Never to be forgotten
Anthems of our life together
Those moments of love and anger…
Into the void you’ve sailed away
Onward – through the infinite stars, in
Nebulous fascination, sending lullabies.

I only know a tiny Italian – look up Google, did I – mad, I am. Buongiorno, comes ta?

Ah .. seems that a grazie does not an Italian speaker make … but neither a Jedi Master a “look up Google, did I” … Good-day (Gooday – Good Day – Goodday) ta ta or ciao … it’s fun having you around. G(eorgia) 😉

I admit, I came over to the post to see if I’d put up more than one photo … but thought you might be referring to the header as well .. thanks for dropping by Janet and I’m glad you liked the Acrostic and its photo. Georgia.

I do like the header photo, but my fingers were simply flying too quickly. 🙂 Sorry for the confusion.

Oh cara!! that header is just so beautiful and so many thoughts, stories, poems simmer looking at it. Your poem is so touching…I can only imagine your thoughts simmering at dawn, throughout the day. Mes pensées sont avec toi ainsi un câlin très serré et chaleureux. x

I’m really delighted that you enjoy my new header … that photo has given me much delight! Yesterday was a blog writing day … lots of things the muse wanted to say. This morning I finished the first draft on the kukai book I’m writing for the Kukai meet that I won … and don’t think I’ve got anything more to say just now 😉

So beautiful — both a lullaby and an anthem. The photo is absolutely *gorgeous*.

Thanks Paloma .. I “created” the photo especially for this acrostic … none of my “normal” photos seemed to fit the bill. Glad you enjoyed the post and the photo too!

Acrostics can be fun. Sometimes we have to twist just a tad to get the words to work.
Is that a photo -looks like it could be a painting!

Yes it’s a photo … I worked a bit to come up with that effect, I wanted something ethereal … couldn’t find what I wanted, so made it myself.

I had a photo of a shore bird. When I ‘blew’ it up it looked like a painting. I had it with me when I went to a framers for something and they thought it was a painting.

It’s really cool what one can do with apps .. I’ve created quite a few “paintings” myself … it’s really fun, even if a bit time consuming 🙂 Cool that you framed the shore bird photo … I should frame some of my “paintings” too.
