A Month of Haiga – February 10

All over the world we’ve been having some rather strange weather.  In the northern Lake Garda area, we are fairly used to warmer days compared to the rest of the north, so although we’re all worried about the high temperatures and lack of rain, we’re not too surprised to see the odd rose blooming of a burst of apple blossoms.   This year however even some of the birds are coming back north very early.  Day before yesterday whilst walking in Riva del Garda , a city we had almost all to ourselves now that we’re in the “dead of winter”, my son excitedly pointed out two early tourists from the south, a couple of grebes.  Which brings me to today’s theme:

climate change
