I could do that if there were brownies after I ate it:) The brownies don’t have to be frosted so that may fit in with the diet.

Nope not really good Gigi … sugars (starches, anything that ends in -ose, alcohol) use the same receptors as nicotine and stimulate cravings … so in order to avoid cravings, I gave the stuff up. It worked great.

Hmm, I’d rather have the jam and skip the bread. 😉

Yes, I agree … but I go for unsweetened peanut butter or pureed fruit 😉

How very good of you. Dieting takes all the sugar out of like. 🙂

My 6 year old daughter informed me that giving up sugar would ruin her life. LOL

LOL one has to love children! To tell the truth, when I was her age, things were less sweeter than they are now (that would be the 1950s). I’m not sure if you’re in the U.S. or another English speaking country, but the point is that in the past couple of decades added sugar (well actually forms of sucrose like high fructose corn syrup et al) in many guises is everywhere – even in savoury dishes! It helps to enhance flavour … but it’s rotting our teeth and helping to create an obesity epidemic of scary proportions. A real problem.

Yes, too much sugar! I can’t convince my daughter of it, though.
