Thanks Oloriel … I do like to fool around with processing at times and twist and pull photos until they seem something different than what they are. Thanks for dropping in and commenting, much appreciated.

There is a an eerie haunting quality about this image – the boat being so clear and colourful and as the background fades and swings into soft focus, it leaves one feeling slightly unsettled – but in a very reflective way. It has a surrealistic quality to it – interesting 🙂

Thanks Pat … it’s one of the little tricks I’m working on these days … I’m enjoying working on these subjects … and actually I don’t know where I’m going with them, for the mo’ they’re just aesthetic exercises.

Thanks so much Raewyn … I seem to be so involved lately with other things so as not to have enough time for my creative work … I’m so happy though that when I do do something you are here to share your ideas with me.

Beautiful but lonely. Like that Van Gogh painting of one white iris in a field of blue.

Looks like a mirrored painting. I wish I could take the peaceful I feel when I look at this, with me always.
