The Trolls Complaint
The troll groaned to his friend: “How absurd it is to live in a world of weak creatures…here I am, strong and handsome! And there it is, that slinky frail creature, that human what comes riding up to my cave, just as though it owns it!”
“And what did it do Bart, was it another of those sheep men?”
“Nah… not a sheep man, but I tell you what it did. Shouts at me, brandishes a long bit o’ steel and thinks it can just do as it pleases! Not happy yet, it squeals like a pig, just ’cause I tapped it over the head with my club and clawed its belly open. I do so like quieter game!”
“Yeah, I knows what you’re meaning…I much prefer wolves myself. These humans are so fatty and I’ve got to watch my diet. But waste not want not, my mum used to say. So let’s make the best of it!”
“Sure… you’re so right, so let’s dig in!”

What a story (with tongue in cheek) if those trolls got me they would have leftovers {hahaha} Now I have another prompt to check. Can we use the words in any order???

Yes, I think we can. It was a first time for me as well. I don’t know where I got the trolls from. I think that was due to Charles who commented about the fairy tale series I’m writing..I told him that I dumped my characters in a world through a mirror but didn’t have a way back (yet) for them and he mentioned goblins, vulcanos and bad guys…anyway…trolls were on my mind.

Yes those fatty humans would be hard to digest. Very funny and good characterization.

To my friend across the pond, I state with a groan and a gleam in my eye: “How absurd of you to ask me, a weak creator of words, to write.” 🙂
Hope you are doing well! Enjoyed your story!

Humans do tend to think they can have their own way by brandishing a piece of steel. Clever writing!
