    • Luckily the snow it confined to the upper reaches of the mountains but still as soon as the sun goes behind a cloud the temperature instantly drops. I’m thinking that since here we had such a mild winter, we might also have an especially mild summer. One of the problems though is that we’re probably heading for drought because we didn’t get half the rain we should have gotten in the winter and our spring has actually been quite dry, except for the past week.

    • I’m wondering if you too will have a mild winter as we did this year … I’m very curious about New Zealand’s climate. I’ve heard that you have a very pleasant climate.

  2. It was drizzling since this morning and it felt like a cool sauna…lol…not soaking wet and easy to walk in with my hooded raincoat of course. I walked 4 km and by the time I got to work, I felt like I had had a facial but cool mist:)
