Thanks … we encounter death at the most unexpected times and through the most unexpected agency we realize how fragile life really is. I was surprised by the feelings that loomed yesterday morning upon hearing of his passing. We’d made peace long ago each going on our own path.

Yes, he’s doing fine … they hadn’t spoken in twenty years … until the last couple of months when his father contacted him.

A long sad story … to tell the truth no one knew where he was until he got into contact with his son after he’d had a heart attack a little while ago. He seemed to be recovering well so we were surprised by the news.
